Completed plans call for the construction of a 29,678-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The District of Kent (the Owner) invites proposals from experienced Construction Managers and/or General Contractors for construction of their proposed Aquatic Centre addition to a Community Recreation & Cultural Centre at 6660 Pioneer Avenue, Agassiz, British Columbia. The form of procurement will be through Construction Management At-Risk, as outlined in this proposal request. The Work of this Contract consists of approximately 2,748 sq.m. of construction with steel structure, masonry and metal cladding, plus minor renovations to the tie-in with the existing District of Kent Community Recreation & Cultural Centre facility, along with associated site works. The existing building on site is the existing District of Kent Community Recreation & Cultural Centre.
