The Work is the provision of residential septic tank cleaning and septage hauling services generally consisting of the following tasks: o Septic (clarifier) tank cleaning and septage removal; and, o Septage hauling and lawful disposal. The Work consists of the supply of all labour , materials and equipment to conduct the Work in accordance with the work requirements and specifications as detailed in RFQ Harrison Highlands Residential Septic Tank Cleaning & Septage Hauling. The Harrison Highlands is a residential neighborhood located on Mount Woodside, approximately fifteen (15) minutes west of Agassiz, BC, along Highway #7 within the District of Kent. As part of the neighborhood, the District of Kent owns and maintains the septic (clarifier) tanks for the individual home owners. There are single tanks with a storage volume of 3600 L, and double tanks with a storage volume of 4500 L, servicing one or two homes respectively. Each tank has two (2) circular lids providing the access for septage removal that are approximately 600mm (2ft) in diameter The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Quotations for convenience and shall not owe a duty to any Contractor for any liability or any costs incurred by the Contractor.
