PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project requirements shall be as follows: Work area must remain clean at all times Moisture test of substrate already completed and specified products provided All holes shall be filled with approved product prior to painting Protect all areas not to be painted from overspray Scrape all loose paint and prime 2 Coats of topcoat The contractor shall include all paint and supplies in bid All specified products are in the attached product spec sheet Prep and paint shall be done according to manufacturer's specifications The County reserves the right to cancel invitations for bids or requests for proposals without penalty when it is in the best interest of the County.
