Overall scope of work involves replacement of existing casework with new casework as specified in the attached construction drawings. Installation to match existing installations in other parts of the hospital. Contractor shall fieldverify all measurements prior to bid. Contractor shall furnish and install all cabinet, countertop, base, dust cover, locks, hardware, and other associated items for complete installation. ANTHC requires performance / payment bonds or surety deposit to assure the Proposer's performance of all contract terms and conditions. True and actual damages as described by C-700 General Conditions 8.03.
