Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Collins, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Work shall be performed under a single contract, and shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Construction of a new 8' asphalt senior walking trail, approximately 675 linear feet in total length at the North Collins Senior Center with park and recreation equipment. Construction will involve the assembly and installation of approximately 5 fitness stations and 5 benches which will be supplied under a separate contract. Construction will also involve site work and concrete flatwork for equipment pads. This project also includes an Alternate Bid Item for the installation of an additional 210 linear feet of 8' asphalt walking trail. The Contract Documents may be examined at the office of MDA Consulting Engineers, PLLC. Anyone wishing to examine the Contract Documents should be advised to call ahead and confirm times in which the Contract Documents can be examined at the office (716) 699-4650 All BIDS being mailed (including FedEx, UPS, Priority Mail, etc.) or hand-delivered to the Town of North Collins shall be directed to Lynn DiVincenzo, Town Clerk at the address listed above in a sealed envelope. The envelope shall be clearly marked on the outside "Town of North Collins, Senior Walking Trail with Fitness Stations." Failure to follow the above instructions could result in rejection of the proposal Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid made payable to the "Town of North Collins". All Bid Bonds shall be on a form acceptable to the Owner, duly executed by the Bidder as Principal and having as surety thereon, a surety company approved by the Owner. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within sixty (60) days of the Bid Opening
