This municipal contract is for the installation of a chain link fence around the perimeter of the pickleball court at the Marion Fricano Town Park, as further described in the Request for Proposals (RFP) provided by the Town and available at the Town Clerk s Office. The Town ofNorth Collins is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for erection of a black chain link fence around the existing pickle ball court at the Marion Fricano Town Park, 11083 Gowanda State Road, North Collins NY 14111. The Town Board of the Town of North Collins reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted. If you have questions regarding this request for proposal, please contact Town Clerk Lynn DiVincenzo by calling her at (716) 337-3391. Information about the history ofthe Vendor including size, duration and experience of contractor, ownership history, including names and addresses of company officers and principal owners. List a minimum oftwo (2) references including commercial and/or municipal experience and type ofservices provided starting from most recent date. State whether your firm has in the past 5 years been involved in any litigation or arbitration with any customer/client and/or with any third party. Ifso, describe in detail. Provide adequate statement demonstrating that your firm is qualified and capable to perform the required services. Each bid must contain the Non-Collusive Bid Certification, a copy ofwhich is included in this RFP. The Town ofNorth Collins reserves the right to reject any and all bids. This is a Public Works Contract and is subject to prevailing wage requirements. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations governing the services to be provided. Successful Bidder will be required to provide the Town with adequate insurance certificates. Fence shall be approximately 80' x 45' black chain link fence around perimeter of existing pickle ball court. Fence must be constructed with 2-1/2" post terminals, 1-5/8" top rail 9 gage wire mesh - black.
