Installation of a New Roof at the Town Library This municipal contract is for installation of a new roof at the Town Library located on School Street, North Collins, New York, as further described in the Request for Proposals (RFP) provided by the Town and available at the Town Clerk's Office. All bids must be accompanied by a non-collusive certificate executed pursuant to Section 103(d) of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York. The Town Board of the Town of North Collins reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted. installation of a new steel roof on the Town Library located at 2095 School Street, North Collins NY 14111. The Contractor will be required to complete the following work: 1) Install new Steel Roof consistent with following Specificaitons: Install 29 gage metal Install 1x3 edging around entire roof Install 1x3 pearlings 24 to 30 inches apart Install Valley Liners Install Denver Eve around entire perimeter Install metal over pearlings fastened with stainless steel screws Install Ridge Vents Install and replace all roofvent boots Perform all work to current roofing industry standards Protect all decks, driveway, parking, landscaping and structure sides that could be affected by the roofing work Clean up all debris resulting from the above captioned work daily Provide lifetime warranty Any questions regarding this RFP are to be directed to Town Clerk.
