The Buffalo Southern Railroad, Inc. is issuing an RFQ (Request for Qualifications) from interested parties for Preliminary and Construction Engineering and Inspection for Track Construction and Rehabilitation Projects, Bridge Construction & Rehabilitation Projects, Bridge Inspection Services, Grade Crossing and Grade Crossing Signal Construction and Maintenance Projects including Signal Inspections, and other engineering services as required. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Proposal review and evaluation: August 10 -15, 2023 Oral interviews: August 15-17, 2023 Cost Negotiation with first ranked consultant: August 23 -August 24, 2023 Contract Award: Approximately August 25, 2023 Any questions related to this RFQ shall be submitted in writing to the attention of Steven C. Patterson; operations Support Assistant, Buffalo Southern Railroad via email at spatterson@buffalosouthernrr.com. Questions shall be submitted before 3:00 PM on August 9, 2023. No oral question or inquiry about this RFQ shall be accepted.
