The Buffalo Southern Railroad, Inc. is issuing an RFQ (Request for Qualifications) from interested parties for Preliminary and Construction Engineering and Inspection for Track Construction and Rehabilitation Projects, Bridge Construction & Rehabilitation Projects, Bridge Inspection Services, Grade Crossing and Grade Crossing Signal Construction and Maintenance Projects including Signal Inspections, and other engineering services as required.
