Renovation of a municipal facility in Masontown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Each bid shall be accompanied by security in the form of a certified check or bid bond payable to Masontown Borough in an amount not less than ten percent of the amount of the bid. All Contractors shall comply with Executive Order 11246 entitled. Equal Employment Opportunity , as amended and as supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (41 CFR Part 60-1, subpart A). Attention is called to the fact that the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. The Owner reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject all bids, to waive any and all informalities in the bids, and to refuse to consider non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids. All bids shall remain irrevocable for sixty (60) days after the actual date of the bid opening. BIDDER hereby agrees to commence WORK under this contract on or before a date to be specified in the NOTICE TO PROCEED and to fully complete the PROJECT within 60 consecutive calendar days
