Site work and paving for a civil project in Fernley, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project is located on Villa Way, Villa Park Way, Parkland Way, & Randon Court in Fernley, Nevada as shown on the project plans. The scope of work involves pavement, sewer, and water improvements and all associated construction activities, etc as shown on the project plans. Should the successful bid be over the threshold, Prevailing Wage rates will apply. ARPA Grant money is to be used for the SEWER portion of this project, and therefore the Contractor must comply with U.S. Department of the Treasury Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund Award Terms & Conditions. A bid security for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount must accompany each proposal. Payment and Performance bonds equal to 100% of the contract amount will be required upon award of the contract, which is anticipated to be made on or about Monday, September 19, 2022. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this contract.
