The Work includes but not limited to all labour, materials, transportation and equipment required to excavate, upgrade drainage, waterproof, insulate and backfill various residential housing units. Work also includes the supply and install of a drainage tile as per the addresses listed in the Annex A, Residential Housing Units (RHU), CFHA Shearwater, CFB Halifax, NS The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 120 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
