Bids shall be received for a one (1) year contract. Scope of work may include, but not necessarily limited to replacement of carpet, carpet tile, vinyl composition tile, ceramic tile, luxury vinyl products, vinyl base, transition strips, floor leveling, etc. This contractor will be a renewable maintenance contract with an option to extend annually up to four (4) times.
