Existing flooring in the corridor to be remained, broom clean. Repair and patch cracks, level and prepare existing substrate free of debris in the classrooms, office, kitchen and cafeteria to receive new floor material and install new 6 inches tall rubber cove base in all areas and porcelain cove base at the kitchen.
