Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Hagerstown, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
**All bidders who obtain documents from outside the owner must notify Jeannnie Jefferies to be placed on the plan holders list. jjefferies@hagerstownmd.org Project entails the replacement of the flat roof system on the Police Athletic League building at Fairgrounds Park, including all materials, labor, and appurtenances required to complete the work. Cut-off date for questions is Thursday, September 8, 2022 by 4:30 pm and should be directed to Rodney Tissue at rtissue@hagerstownmd.org or by calling 301-739-8577 ext 128. This project entails the for the replacement offlat roofsystem at Fairgrounds Park Police Athletic League, and all labor, material, time, and appurtenances required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by the City ofHagerstown. Forty (40) working days is the length ofthe contract. Liquidated damages are assessed at $300.00 per day. Funding for this project is provided by American Rescue Plan Act. The separate Bid Booklet attachment shall be completed by the Bidder & submitted as the Sealed Proposal. 10% Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or Certified Check to be submitted with the Sealed Proposal. The successful Bidder shall submit a 100% Performance Bond and a Labor & Materials Payment Bond upon award of contract. Notice to Proceed will be issued in October 2022 at a date agreed to by the City and the contractor.
