Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Beverly, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of: This project consists of the removal of existing pavement on front walkways, removal of existing pavement on select rear walkways and clothes drying areas removal and pulverization of portions of the existing access driveway. The access driveway will be repaved, with the addition of additional parking spaces, granite curb will be removed and reset on-site prior to repaving. Supplemental granite curbing may be required. Front and select rear walkway areas will be replaced, either in the same location or with new layout. Minor grading operations will be required to meet ADA requirements. Disturbed areas to remain unpaved will be covered with loam and seed as specified in construction documents. Driveway binder and sidewalks to be paved fall 2022, driveway top course, spring 2023. This deposit will be refunded for up to two sets for general bidders and for one set for sub-bidders upon return of the sets in good condition within thirty (30) days of receipt of general bids. Otherwise, the deposit shall be the property of the Awarding Authority. Additional sets may be purchased for $50.00 Bidders requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $ 40.00 per set for UPS Ground (or $65.00 per set for UPS overnight), non- refundable, payable to the portal to cover mail handling costs.
