**As of September, 23. 2022, project was awarded to Fullmer Excavation LLC awarded amount is $174,015.85.** PN-UT-0058-2101-119 The principal items of work are approximately as follows: The installation of approximately 1,200 linear feet of 4" DR 17 HDPE fused sewer pipe, installation of approximately 2,800 linear feet of 2" fiber conduit, installation of approximately 70 linear feet of HDPE casing pipe, layout and foundation for a prefabricated bathroom, water service connection, and appurtenant items. The contract documents, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid, Bid Bond, Agreement, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Change Order, General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, Specifications, Drawings, and Addenda, may be examined at the following locations: Horrocks Engineers, 2162 West Grove Parkway, Suite 100, Pleasant Grove, Utah All bidders are required to have payment and performance bonds underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. (Circular 570, latest edition). Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or any part of any Proposal. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in part or in whole if it is deemed To be in the best interest of owner.
