**As of August 1, 2022, project was awarded to Newman Construction Inc., awarded amount is $2,295,171.25** The Principal Items of Work Are Approximately as Follows: Construct Approximately 8970 Square Yards of Roadway With Curb and Gutter. Install Approximately 335 Feet of 8" Pvc C-900 Dr-18 Culinary Water Pipe and Associated Appurtenances. Install Approximately 960 Feet of 48" Class V Rcp, 20 Feet of 42" Class V Rcp, 70 Feet of 18" Class Iii Rcp, and 120 Feet of 15" Class Iii Rcp Storm Drain, 600 Feet of 15" Class V Rcp, 30 Feet of 18" Class V Rcp, 90 Feet of 36" Class V Rcp Storm Drain and Associated Appurtenances. Install 601 Feet of 24" Pvc Sewer Pipe, Install New Manholes, and Bypass Pumping. All BIDDERS are required to have payment and performance bonds underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. (Circular 570, latest edition). Owner Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Proposals, or Any Part of Any Proposal. Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informality in Part or in Whole if It Is Deemed To Be in the Best Interest of Owner
