Bidder Qualifications: Bidder must provide evidence that they are a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor in the State of Utah. Bidder must have proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance with Utah statutory limits and carry Commercial General Liability Insurance with a combined single limit of $1,000,000 each occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. Upon award of the contract resulting from this IFB, the successful party must submit a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, with a corporate surety approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Circular 570, latest edition).
