Demolition of existing courts, excavation and removal of existing materials, new base material, new concrete (post tensioned slab and standard flatwork), new fencing, new court coating and striping, new lighting on the southern court, prservation of existing lighting on the middle court, misc concrete flatwork, minor grading, and landscape/irrigation repair. The demolition of existing courts, excavation and removal on existing materials, new base material, new concrete (post tensioned slab and standard flatwork), new court coating and striping, new fencing, landscape restoration, and clean-up of the Discovery Park Tennis Court in Pleasant Grove is to be substantially completed within 60 calendar days with final completion within 75 days of notice to proceed with final completion no later than September 30, 2022. All BIDDERS are required to have payment and performance bonds underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. (Circular 570, latest edition). Pleasant grove city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or any part of any proposal.
