Site work and paving for a civil project in Palisades, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of grading and asphalt paving existing roadways with asphalt per the drawings and specification herein attached. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid is required. Proposals must be accompanied by cash (no personal or business checks), a certified check, or cashier's check drawn on a bank in good standing, or a bid bond issued by a Surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Idaho, in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the Proposal submitted. This bid security shall be given as guarantee that the Bidder will not withdraw his Proposal for a period of 60 days after bid opening, and that if awarded the Contract, the successful Bidder will execute the attached Contract and furnish the Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond as hereinafter specified. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, and to waive any informalities and irregularities in said Proposals.
