Perpetuation to resurface STH 187, approximately 3.185 miles long within the Town of Navarino in Shawano County, Outagamie Line - STH 156 intersection.. The project includes resurfacing the existing asphaltic pavement, shoulder widening and culvert replacements. The culverts being addressed are 58187007484, 8187006024, 58187006026, 58187006029, 58187006030, 58187006031, 58187006032, 58187006033 and 58187006023. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract.
