Building Demolition, including the removal of the existing building, finishes, walls, roofing, and foundations. Remove all existing electrical devices, panels and fixtures, remove any mechanical devices, suppression systems, and remove plumbing fixtures, water supply, drain lines, and sanitary sewer lines. All utilities shall be removed and capped to be reused for the new building. 2. Demolition of existing asphalt roof on the existing restroom and shelter. Reinstallation of asphalt roofing at these locations. 3. Site preparation, including clearing, excavation, and earthwork. 4. Site improvements, including sanitary main, water service, storm drainage piping, pedestrian paving, site development, furnishing and equipment, and landscaping. 5. Foundations, including footings, foundations and walls. 6. Slab-on-grade, including earthwork, subdrainage systems, and insulation. 7. Below-grade building construction, including excavation, backfill, and thermal and moisture protection. 8. Superstructure, including floor and roof construction. 9. Exterior closure, including walls, doors, windows, and louvers 10. Roofing including coverings, flashings, roof specialties, and openings. 11. Interior construction, including partitions, doors and fittings.
