construction of the following project: JOB NO. 2022-8-17, Clarksville Sidewalk Project - The project scope is the removal and replacement of approximately 1,216 SY of 4 - 5 feet wide concrete sidewalk. This quantity may change, depending on funds. At the hour of 2:00 p.m. Local Time on the 5th of September, 2021, all bids for this construction project will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bid shall be for the unit price of all work shown on the plans and called for in the specifications as detailed in the Instruction To Bidders in the specifications and submitted in duplicate on the State Board of Accounts Form No. 96. The Contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish, before commencing work, certificates of all insurance required by the specifications. The Town of Clarksville, Indiana, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in bidding. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
