Renovation of a municipal facility in Morristown, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Morristown intends to select a qualified architecture professional or firm to provide architectural services for a roof repair project at a historic facility. The city may also use the submissions from qualified firms/individuals to create a list of qualified, eligible firms for other projects the city may consider over a period to be determined. The initial project relative to the roof repair at a historic facility is to be funded through a Department of Housing & Urban Development Community Development Block Grant, and as such, the selected firm shall perform all tasks in a manner that maintains compliance with the regulations of the funding sources and all federal, state, and local regulations therefore. Professional services to be performed in general consist of, but are not limited to: design, programming, project planning, development of bid specifications and contract documents, and construction administration.
