Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in South Burlington, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of installing and upgrading signal equipment and minor sidewalk and curb repair along Dorset Street from the intersection with Williston Road to the intersection with Kennedy Drive. A bidder list will be maintained by Stantec, and the list, along with any addenda, will be provided to anyone who has received the plans. All requests for information regarding this project shall be made via email to Erik Alling, P.E., erik.alling@stantec.com (subject line: South Burlington STP SGNL(53) Signal Project Question) until Friday, September 9th at 4:00 pm. All bidders on this project shall be on the Agency of Transportation's prequalified list or shall have submitted a complete prequalification application to the Agency of Transportation, Contract Administration, a minimum of 10 working days prior to the bid opening. The City of South Burlington reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the City. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 90 days following the bid opening.
