Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bennington, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: This project consists of the replacement of approximately 1460 linear feet of 15-inch vitrified clay pipe with 24-inch PVC sewer main along County Street and Benmont Avenue in the Town of Bennington, Vermont. Specifically, the work will include trenching, removal of the existing asphalt and subbase, removal of existing sewer main, bypass pumping, installation of sewer main, installation of select trench fill, water main decommissioning, curb stops, installation of sidewalks, full pavement depth replacement, and associated site work in accordance with the contract plans and specifications.
