Work Shall Also Include Repair of Concrete Road Base and Asphalt Overlay (Extent as Budget Allows) and Addition of Concrete Parking Spaces, and Parking Space Striping and Parking Space Identification Stenciling (Extent as Budget Allows). Bids Shall Be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope, With the Following Information Plainly Marked on the Outside of the Envelope: 1.
