Full depth milling and repaving of the existing parking lot, including striping and precast concrete parking bumper reinstallations and replacements. 2. New ADA parking spaces and curb ramps. 3. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single-prime contract. The Housing Authority of the City of Allentown, PA, by virtue of its contract with the United States of America, acting through the Department of Housing and Urban Development, pursuant to the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended, is hereby requesting bids for the Allentown Housing Authority Walnut Manor Parking Lot Improvements located at 1519 Walnut Street, Allentown, PA 18102.
