All material will be containerized and hauled to an authorized dump site. Remove existing copper counter flashing and set aside. Areas will be vacuumed, clean and dried, including water/algae spots. Furnish and install one layer 2" 4x4 insulation. Furnish and install one layer 1.5" insulation. Furnish and install tapered insulation system. Ensure layer coats are built up to the slope to have water drain properly into the drains. Furnish and install one-layer 1/4 " dens deck prime. Furnish and install one layer .060 White TPO. All field seams and laps will be robotically heat welded. Reflash all curbs and thru wall penetrations. Reinstall existing copper counter flashing and caulk as required.
