Berkeley County is seeking qualified contractors to prep the site and provide/construct a 12,000 sq ft PEMB per the attached engineered drawings/specs. All aspects of this project will be required to meet all current building, energy and local codes for the site located at 1180 Forty-One Rd, St. Stephen, SC 29479 as part of a CDBG Grant and ARPA funding. The project will include the following All required site work/civil work Provide and construct a pre-engineered metal building per the attached engineered drawings and specifications. The PEMB is to include all spec'd electrical, mechanical, and plumbing listed in the plans. The completed project should include all finishes noted in the drawings. The building will include a large multipurpose space, office space, restrooms to include showers, and a meeting space.
