Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Saint Stephen, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Town of St. Stephen is requesting pricing for renovations to the existing Pavilion Shed. Upgrades include work on existing restrooms, stage, and metal siding. Bidders are asked to break out a line-item price in coordination with numbered tasks. 1 Renovate Two (2) existing 12x 9x 9 restrooms to meet ADA compliance. Upgrade plumbing as needed to meet ADA compliance. Provide and install new ADA water closets and new wall mounted sinks that meet ADA requirements. Replace all wall and ceiling boards in both restrooms with moisture resistant boards treated plywood painted (white). Install new exhaust fans in each restroom. 2 Remove existing siding from the back and side of the building and replace it with 5V metal to match the existing roof. Approx. 23-12 sheets and 14-8 sheets Add blocking, as necessary. 3 Replace stage flooring with treated plywood. Approx. 50x20 4 Install new treated plywood to the deck over the top of the existing stage wall Paint stage area walls. (White) 5 Inspect and repair the roof as needed. 6 Install and equally space six (6) 24-inch ventilation fans in the Pavilion overhead. On a new circuit with two new switches. Remove and replace (8) existing lights with new LED fixtures. Site visit is required to determine full scope of project prior to bid submission.
