The City of Thomasville is seeking proposals, with the intent to secure a one (1) year contract with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods for a total of five years, for lawn maintenance services for our Passive Parks. This will include flower bed maintenance, grass cutting, trimming, edging, limb, debris & pinecone removal, pruning, disease, insect & weed control, maintenance of existing grass and naturalized areas, removal of grass clippings from hard surfaces and trash/litter removal. Performance/Payment Bond: Not Required Written clarification requests and a list of unmaintainable areas must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm EST on or before September 16, 2022.
