Site work for a transportation facility in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
In order to adapt the current workshops of the Montreal Maintenance Center (MMC) to allow the maintenance of the new Siemens trains, certain modifications to the existing infrastructure must be made. The current Invitation to Tender is for the design, procurement and installation of the life line on track O1 of the MMC Heavy Repair Shop. In order to submit a Tender, the Tenderer must comply with the following mandatory criteria: 1)Tenderer must be at the mandatory site visit as indicated in this ITT. 2)The work must be substantially completed not later than 17 weeks following contract award. 3)Tenderer confirms his Tender complies with all requirements, specifications and commits to respect them during the entire project duration. 4)General Contractor or its subcontractor must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in lifeline conception. 5)General Contractor must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in lifeline projects. 6)Subcontractors must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in their related expertise of work. 7)Tenderer commits to respect Contractor Safety Guidelines of VIA.
