As of March 25, 2025, this project is under construction. It will be completed in 3 stages: Stage 1 2025 (estimated end of March – June) CTH M/Lineville Rd intersection with Velp Ave (Railroad Crossing west of Velp Avenue to 50-ft west of the Kwik Trip Driveway): Traffic within this area will be closed to all thru traffic. • The Velp Avenue roundabout will be under construction and closed to thru traffic. • Access to Kwik Trip, Culvers, Festival Foods and all other businesses within the Urban Edge will be from driveway entrances located on CTH M/Lineville Rd and from the access on Velp Avenue by Pizza Hut. • A posted detour route will be setup and will utilize Cardinal Lane ? Woodale Avenue ? Cornell Road. Stage 1A 2025 (start after full completion of Stage 1; estimated June – July) 50-ft west of Kwik Trip Driveway to approximately 400-ft east of Festival roundabout: Traffic within this area will be closed to all thru traffic. • The Festival roundabout will be under construction and closed to thru traffic. • A new CTH M/Lineville Road entrance to Kwik Trip will be constructed and closed to thru traffic. • Access to Kwik Trip, Culvers, Festival Foods and all other businesses within the Urban Edge will be from the driveway entrance located on CTH M/Lineville Road by Cornell Road, and from all accesses on Velp Avenue. • A posted detour route will be setup and will utilize Velp Avenue ? Woodale Avenue ? Cornell Road. Stage 2 2025 (start after full completion of Stage 1A; July - November) Approximately 400-ft east of Festival roundabout to US 41: Traffic within this area will be closed to all thru traffic, except access to Sadoff Iron & Metal Company (located by Brookfield Ave intersection) will be maintained on CTH M/Lineville Rd. • A new roundabout will be built at Cornell Road and will be closed to thru traffic during construction. • Access to businesses within the Urban Edge will follow the detour route and will be from the entrances located on CTH M/Lineville Rd by Kwik Trip and Festival/Mini-mall roundabout, and from all accesses on Velp Avenue. • A posted detour route will be setup and will utilize Velp Avenue ? Woodale Avenue ? Lakeview Drive ? W Deerfield Avenue.
