Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Christina Lake, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

This tender includes removal, salvage, relocation, and replacements of various structures at the Sandner Day Use Area and installation of pit toilets and food cache containers at various marine campsites on Christina Lake. In general, the work consists of the following: Removal and disposal of a one (1) travel trailer, three (3) cabins, and four (4) pit toilets at Sandner Day Use Area Relocation of one (1) cabin at Sandner Day Use Area Installation of two (2) Owner supplied pit toilets at Sandner Day Use Area Installation of one (1) Owner supplied Info shelter at Sandner Day Use Area Installation of Owner supplied pit toilets and food cache containers at seven (7) marine campsites Tender documents will be provided to registered bidders at the mandatory site meeting.
