The Village of Chatham will be accepting sealed bids for boring underground utilities. Total length of the project 7000', boring in 3phase conductor, must be able to continuously bore for 2400' and handle all material. The outside of the envelope should include the bidder's name and contact information and be clearly labeled to read: Village of Chatham: Sealed Bid 3phase boring All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any and or all parts of the bid.
