Site work for a mixed-use development in New Britain, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work generally consists of dredging and restoration of Stanley Quarter Park Pond New Britain, Connecticut with the reuse of sediment at a former City landfill in Berlin, Connecticut. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of a bid presented, or to invite proposals as its interest may appear. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, sex, religions, color or national origin. The Contractor must adhere to all relevant provisions of Section 46a-95 of the Connecticut General Statutes, and any other relevant laws and regulations regarding Affirmative Action. The Contractor shall comply with the Copeland Anti-Kickback Act and Regulations of the Secretary of Labor (29 CFR, Part 3).
