The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to acquire services from a Co-Developer to be the Development Partner with NBHA in the redevelopment of Mt. Pleasant and the Elderly and Bond Street Developments. The NBHA is utilizing a variety of approaches including but not limited to, mixed-finance, mixed-income approach, or Rental Assistance Demonstration Program (RAD). NBHA may, in its sole discretion, change the properties to be redeveloped or add additional development sites to be developed by the Co-Developer selected through this solicitation process. No response shall be withdrawn for a period of 120 days after the opening date of the proposals without the consent of NBHA.
