SCOPE OF WORK The awarded bidder will be responsible for providing all the technical expertise, material, tools, equipment, and workforce to install a metal building on a pre-poured slab at 565 Cassia Blvd, per specifications listed and plan in Exhibit A. The specifications are as follows: BUILDING TYPE Large Spanding, BUILDING SIZE 44'x72', WALL HEIGHT 16', ROOF PITCH 2*12, ROOF TYPE Vertical with 6" overhang, FRAME TYPE 14-gauge galvanized steel frame with double base rail/double legs, FRAME SPACING 4' center, SHEETING TYPE 26-gauge galvanized steel,CERTIFICATION 170 mph The City of Satellite Beach Purchasing Services, on behalf of the Public Works Department, is soliciting bids from qualified Bidders to provide all labour, materials, equipment and supervision for the installation of a Metal Building at 565 Cassia Blvd., Satellite Beach, FL 32937. Bids shall be submitted with one (1) original and two (2) copies on paper, with the "Original" clearly marked. Paper documents must be provided but should be accompanied by an equivalent electronic PDF file. Provide one original and two copies on paper, plus one copied onto a (1) compact disc (CD) or USB flash drive.
