Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Jackson, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Invitation for Bids for construction of a gravel access road and pathways including embankment, compaction, contouring, installation of a prefabricated vault toilet facility, paving of a portion of the boat ramp access road, concrete plank ramps, signage, and reclamation. No bids will be opened unless sealed and filed with the Owner and accompanied by a money order, certified check, or bid bond payable to the Owner for 5% of the bid amount (to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bidder fails to enter promptly into a written agreement contract and furnish the required documents). The successful bidder shall provide performance and payment bonds for the full amount of the project. In accordance with Wyoming Statutes, a five percent (5%) bid preference will apply to bids from Wyoming Resident Contractors.
