Snow Plowing/snow Removal The Altoona Parking Authority is Requesting Proposals for Snow Plowing of Its Parking Lots. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Plow All Lots When a Minimum of (2) Inches of Snow Has Fallen. Each Lot Will Have a Designated Area for the Piling of Snow. Additional Salting and/or Cindering or Snow Removal From the Lots to a Designated Area Will Be Performed on an as-needed Basis or at the Request of Staff. The Proposal Should Be for a Two-year Period With a Third Year Option and Should Contain a Base Bid (Plowing) and Special Bids for the Optional Services. 16 a-b 10th Ave. Between 13th and 15th Streets 4 12th Ave. At 16th Street 17 12th Ave. Between 14th and 15th Streets 6 Between 12th Ave. Alley and 13th Ave. (Behind Lot 17) 20 12th Ave. Between 12th and 13th Streets 24 10th Ave. Between 10th and 12th Streets Garage Roof of Parking Garage as Needed The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Provide Proof of Liability Insurance and Workmen's Compensation.
