0085 The Contract consists of the installation of approximately 3,040 LF sanitary line and 2,440 LF storm line via open cut and trenchless methods, manholes, inlets, and all other associated appurtenances, and related work including State and Local Road restoration. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work. Prior to the award of the contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond to the Owner, in the form contained in the Contract Documents and executed by a satisfactory circular 570 listed surety, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. The bidder will also furnish evidence of insurance coverage as required by the contract documents. Clarification Deadline 10/20/2023 4:00 PM
