On-Call General Road Engineering Services The Ramah Navajo Chapter, Office of Grants & Contracts Department of Transportation (RNC '638) is soliciting proposals from responsive, responsible, and qualified engineering firms knowledgeable in BIA, Federal Highway and State of New Mexico transportation and roadway designs and specifications to provide On-Call General Road Engineering Services for the RNC '638 according to the RFP scope of work. The duration of the On-Call General Road Engineering services will be for two (2) consecutive years and may be extended for an additional one (1) year. This is a "Qualification Based" procurement project, where the most qualified engineering firm(s) will be selected and awarded. Interested engineering firms must obtain the RFP specifications/packet. . Navajo and Indian Preference - This solicitation is subject to the Navajo Business Opportunity Act (5 NNC 201-215), whereby giving first opportunities to qualified and registered Navajo or Indian owned businesses. The RNC '638 reserves the right to determine if a proposal is acceptable in terms of meeting the RFP requirements/specifications and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals received, waive any informalities, and to negotiate with proposers regarding the terms of their proposal or parts thereof, and to award the purchase in the best interest of the RNC '638. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
