The ideal CM/GM must have extensive knowledge and experience working with U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, Bureau of Indian Affairs, State of New Mexico and Navajo Nation laws and regulations, as it pertains to road construction. In addition, the CM/GM must have extensive experienced with the Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity Program (RAISE) grant implementation and reporting requirements. Projects Covered Under This Agreement The CM/GM will support the following infrastructure projects under this agreement, each funded through a combination of tribal, state, or federal sources: o BIA Route 195 - Roadway Improvements Funding Source: NMDOT Transportation Project Fund (TPF) o BIA Route 125 - Mountain View ADA Sidewalk Project Funding Source: FHWA Safety Funds (R) BIA Route 125 & BIA Route 128 - Guardrail Installation Funding Source: FHWA Safety Funds The RNC '638 reserves the right to determine if a proposal is acceptable in terms of meeting the RSQ requirements/ specifications and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals received, waive any informalities, and to negotiate with proposers regarding the terms of their proposal or parts thereof, and to award the purchase in the best interest of the RNC '638. Responsive Statement of Qualifications received from Interested Party will be evaluated according to the RSQ requirements and criteria. RNC '638 will negotiate cost proposals/fees with the most qualified sole proprietor or firm.
