Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is expected to start in November 2023 *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: PROJECT REQUEST: Select an A/E consulting firm to provide design and construction phase professional services associated with the design and reconstruction of waterway channels, mass grading, and site restoration. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of removing the water control structure and earthen embankment, slope reduction, and establish a channel for the small spring fed water course. PROJECT SCHEDULE: A/E Selection September 2022 Design Report June 2023 SBC Approval August 2023 Bid Opening January 2024 Construction Start May 2024 Substantial Completion October 2024 Project Closeout April 2025
