Site work for a civil project in Ellington, Wisconsin. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.
As of Nov 1, 2022, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase phase. Construction is expected to start April 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: AGENCY: Department of Natural Resources Location: Lower Wolf River Bottomlands Natural Resource Area, Town of Ellington, Outagamie County PROJECT REQUEST: Select an A/E consulting firm to provide design and construction phase professional services associated with the design and reconstruction of four structures and as many linear feet of berm repair as allowed by the budget. Pre-design survey, and dam safety coordination will be provided to the selected A/E. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: For the LaSage Unit, replace two old water control structures and one culvert with new water control structures that allow for water level management within the LaSage Marsh. A fourth structure will be removed and replaced with a culvert and rocked spillway. In both the LaSage and Lutz units, repair rodent damage to the perimeter berms, returning the berms to their original dimensions.
