The Project consists of: the renovation of approx. 1200sf of lab space to provide enhanced ventilation for proper fume hood operation. The primary scope is the replacement of HVAC equipment including ductwork, fume hood duct and riser replacement, roof exhaust fan replacement and new electrical power.
