This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection, and Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for consulting services for roof replacements as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Services"). CPPD requires the services of a Consultant to act as the Prime Consultant for roof replacements for the Administration Building, Barnett Building, and Stores Building at the Selkirk Mental Health Centre located at 825 Manitoba Ave., Selkirk, Manitoba. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, flat roofs replacement work. Work site location will be occupied during construction. Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from CPPD or other third parties at the site viewing unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing.
