Site work for a water / sewer project in Ankeny, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes two divisions of work. Division I improvements include the installation of a 24-inch diameter water transmission main from the Ash Water Tower along the HTT Trail and NW 18th Street to the intersection of NW Irvinedale Drive and NW 18th Street. This work includes approximately 9,900 LF of 24-inch diameter transmission main constructed by trenched and trenchless methods, including related work such as water main connections, valves, hydrants, erosion control, surface restoration, and miscellaneous associated work. Division II work includes drainage channel improvements along NW 18th Street and the HTT Trail from NW Greenwood Street to NW 4th Street. This work includes approximately 2,600 feet of channel grading improvements, selected clearing and grubbing, debris and obstruction removal, channel and outlet stabilization, minor storm sewer and intakes, and associated work. Completion of Work: The Contractor shall fully complete Division I of the project within one hundred seventy (170) working days. The Contractor shall fully complete Division II of the project within ninety (90) working days.
