Renovation of a library in Barrington, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
As of October 17, 2022, project was awarded to Unified Builders, awarded amount is $16,052.16. The Town of Barrington, New Hampshire, is seeking proposals to re-do the current flooring in both the Men's and Women's bathroom, located within the Recreation Department at 105 Ramsdell Lane. Based upon the submitted proposals, the Recreation Department will check references and ask additional questions, as appropriate. The facility is available for view during business hours. Please send questions to jtennis@barrington.nh.gov. Remove all toilets & partisans. All items must be retained for reinstallation after project completion. Grind floor and repair where tiles where missing and install full broadcast flake system to include cove base with colors determined at a later date. Reinstall all toilets and partitions while replacing fasteners to ensure they are all consistent. Contractors responsible for daily job site cleanup due to gymnasium still being utilized by community. The Town of Barrington reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and/or to limit the project to a portion, based on the availability of funds and/or as deemed in the best interest of the Town.
